The breakfast included a large selection of food. They cooked eggs to order. The location was good (it was close to the center of town).
The staff was not very friendly. I asked for an earlier check in but it was not possible. People got into the room at 7 am the next morning and woke us up.

The facilities are nice, I must admit, but some things need attention. My bathroom bathtub was not clean at all, a real disappointment. the blankets on the beds lack covers, a concern for hygiene. I also thought the staff could be more cute, as I did not feel particularly valued as a guest.

The staff arranged tours. Pickup and communication was seamless. staff also gave solid recommendations for local food. one morning i was surprised with a birthday cake at breakfast. they were great too make my stay nice

the room was cleaned daily there was soap and shampoo available in the shower. i had a beautiful double room and it was spacious. the air conditioning worked efficiently maintaining a comfortable temperature throughout my stay

The outdoor pool area was a great bonus for relaxation it was very inviting. i also appreciated the free bicycle rental. It made getting around town much easier. a pool table and shuffleboard were available for entertainment adding to the fun atmosphere

The staff offered excellent service from check-in to check-out. They were always happy to help. vi and tam stood out with their constant smiles adding a positive vibe. the breakfast buffet provided wide options ensuring a satisfying start to the day

The breakfast buffet had many options. the location was convenient to the night markets. I appreciated the short walk. free bicycles were available for getting around town, it was a great perk.
the room was not that clean. it was hard to move when sleeping because the bed made a squeaky sound. i did not have a night lamp.

excessive noisemold issues
My stay had some drawbacks. the noise was excessive. Loud music played until midnight EVERY night. afterward, partygoers continued the revelry near the rooms. It was difficult to sleep. i also found the cleanliness of the bathroom lacking. It had obvious mold issues on the shower curtains.

the breakfast included an omelette station (i made good use of it). the hotel also had a gym with useful equipment for quick workouts. the pool was a nice addition for relaxation.
the hotel could benefit from soundproofing in the rooms as noise from the common areas traveled easily.

The breakfast buffet was AMAZING!!! I especially liked the omelette station. The gym had equipment for quick workouts. That was useful. There were many fun games in the common areas such as pool, ping pong, and darts.
The music at the bar could be a bit loud sometimes.
